On 3 Performance 5.0 1986 – 1993 Mustang single turbo system, shipping daily. We developed this kit years ago and now countless cars are running and putting down the numbers. We have put together what we think is the best horsepower per dollar modification you can do to your Mustang. You can literally bolt this kit on and double the factory horsepower(Close to TRIPLE the torque). Most stock 5.0 motors will put down around 185 +/- rear wheel horsepower. Most stock head and cam 5.0’s cars are making around the 480-520 rear wheel HP range.
Our kit will support north of 700+ rwhp as long as you have the supporting mods to back that up. We have a new 4” core, 3” inlet/outlet 900HP air to air intercooler and turbo upgrades to go with that. Check below for those turbo and intercooler upgrades if going over 650-700rwhp. The new 4” core 900HP intercooler upgrade is $125 to the kit.
YOU NOW CAN RETAIN YOUR AIR CONDITIONING
We have made a few changes as well to our setup and although its tight, you can retain your A/C. It will involve you just tweaking the lines slightly coming out of the condenser with your hands. Then normally we will use a few wire ties to secure the lines all in place so we know they cannot come in contact with any of the hot parts.
On the streets, our single turbo car is an absolute animal with the kit installed. We are running 275/60/15 M/T drag radials on the car and it will blitz them 1-3 gear on the streets on the 7psi. As far as street drivability of the car with the kit install, it really didn’t even change. With the kit you will retain the power steering but in order to fit the turbo and downpipe, the kit doesn’t make room for the Smog pump.
Change to the kit the photos don’t reflect:
We have made a few slight changes to the kit that the photos do not reflect. The kit now comes off the turbo compressor and into the inner fender. Then from there it goes down and then runs along the core support just like the previous kits routed. The reason we did this was to better place the wastegate up closer to where the banks merge for better boost control.

Warranty Info: 1 year on the hotside tubing from manufacture defects, 60 days on the standard 70mm turbo, and 1 year on the Master Power turbo(Valid though Master Power USA ONLY). If there is an issue, we require the product to be returned in order for inspection to either fix or issue a new part. Shipping will be covered one way, you will have to cover the shipping to us. If you would like to upgrade your On 3 Performance 70mm turbo to a 1-year factory warranty, its $149. The On 3 Performance 70mm turbo warranty extension must be purchased by the original buyer and at the time of the turbo kit purchase. It cannot be purchased at a later date.
