We are proud to announce the release of our new 2v Modular Ford 4.6 single turbo kit. After long hours testing, building prototypes, dyno time, and just seat time, the kit is produced and we are ready to start shipping. Take a look at all of the photos and details that we give you on the kit and all of the components that are contained in the setup as well. Dollar for dollar, this should be the best deal on the market for any 2v turbo kit that is a bolt on application.
Our test car we tested with is a 2002 Mustang GT 5 speed and completely bone stock besides for the welded in Flowmasters when we picked up the car. After we were done mocking up and had the kit ready to hit the rollers, we managed to squeeze 440 rear wheel horsepower and 496 foot pounds of torque at 10psi! Although this is pushing it for the stock motor, we were just curious to see what we were going to make at or below 10psi. For a lower boost setting of 5psi, the car made 330/375 which is still fun and gives you an idea of a low and high boost setting. These were all made with our full downpipe to catback exhaust and though the stock catback and welded in Flowmasters. With just a good straight though muffler like Dynomax Race Bullets and a decent catback, those number would have gone noticeably higher.

Hot Side

  • - Header to turbo (4 pipes total)

  • - Downpipes (From turbo to catback, includes merge to hook up to your catback: 3 pipes)

  • - Each pipe coming off the manifolds pre-welded with o2 bungs

  • - Cold parts are 304 Stainless Steel 18 Gauge

  • - 3" Core Bar and Plate Front Mount Intercooler (3" inlet and outlet)

  • - Stainless Steel upper radiator hose (Relocated to clear the turbo)

  • - 38mm On 3 Performance Wastegate

  • - (3) Wastegate springs – 3.6, 5.8, and 8.8psi springs

  • - 50mm On 3 Performance Blow-off Vavle

  • - Custom CNC bent Stainless Steel power steering cooler line

  • - Complete Oil feed kit from block to turbo, includes all brass fittings needed

  • - Complete Oil drain kit from turbo to oil pan

  • - All 4ply/5mm Black silicone couplers

  • - All Stainless Steel 2 ½" and 3" V-bands needed

*This kit will require the installation of a tubular k-member. We designed it with the Granatelli setup but most other k-members should fit but we have not tested to confirm. This kit will allow you to keep your factory accessories all in the stock locations and still drive down the road blowing cold air from the A/C and taking each turn with the comfort of power steering. Doesn't get much better than that on top of knowing you have 400+ rear wheel horsepower at your fingertips.
