We are proud to offer our 2v Modular Ford 4.6 single turbo system. After long hours testing, building prototypes, dyno time, and just seat time, the kit is produced and shipping daily. Take a look at all of the photos and details that we give you on the kit and all of the components that are contained in the setup as well. Dollar for dollar, this should be the best deal on the market for any 2v turbo kit that is a bolt on application. Our own shop car is a personal daily driven car and now over 10,000 miles on the kit with our On 3 Performance 70mm turbo. The car is abused and driven hard to make sure the kit performance above and beyond any persons expectations. Its been untouched and has never let us down. Cannot beat driving down the road in the 95 degree summer days with the A/C blowing or navigating the winter snow with the heater full blast and power steering.
Our test car we tested with is a 2002 Mustang GT 5 speed and completely bone stock besides for the welded in Flowmasters when we picked up the car. After we were done mocking up and had the kit ready to hit the rollers, we managed to squeeze 440 rear wheel horsepower and 496 foot pounds of torque at 10psi! Although this is pushing it for the stock motor, we were just curious to see what we were going to make at or below 10psi. For a lower boost setting of 5psi, the car made 330/375 which is still fun and gives you an idea of a low and high boost setting. These were all made with our full downpipe to catback exhaust and though the stock catback and welded in Flowmasters. Cars with a better flowing catback pickup significant power, same setup car made 383/427 with the same mods and a decent 2.5” catback system.
There are quite a few 2v On 3 Peformance turbo customers now and many guys are pushing them well past our own test car. We are seeing built bottom end, stock head cars making just shy of the 700rwhp mark and should actually break the 700rwhp number within days. There is also a select few customers on fully built bottom end 2v’s, aftermarket heads, and our 76mm turbo option shooting for the 800rwhp goal. Only time will tell but the kits are proving themselves daily. As for track times, the car is bone stock with our 70mm turbo system that you are looking at. The only other mod other than this is Pro-M/On 3 Performance blow though meter setup, 36# injectors, SVT Focus pump, and a dyno tune.

 

 

86-93 Mustang 5.0 Kit

TRACK TIME INFORMATION:

  • On ~8-9psi I have trapped personally 120.5mph now and the 12.13 pass was @ 119.5. The 60' is killing it but the car is a dead on 11 second car.

DAILY DRIVING INFORMATION:

This has been a daily driven car for over a year and has not seen a day without boost basically. It will be hard to find a better mod for the money to produce anywhere the amount of reliable power. It goes daily stop and go to all destinations, parts runs, deliveries, bank, post office, any sort of errand. The car has gone though 1000's of heat cycles and we also pulled the complete hot side off recently to inspect the welds and to send out for coating. Everything looks great and even better now with the high temp coating option. There is nothing to worry about with running the 304ss, 16 gauge setup. This car is as reliable as it was before the turbo system was bolted on but now has around 220rwhp. You could drive from New York to California with your car and not have to think twice about it. When setup properly, its as reliable as the stock car but now just with double the rear wheel horsepower.

  • - Downpipes (From turbo to catback, includes merge to hook up to your catback: 3 pipes)
  • - Each pipe coming off the manifolds pre-welded with o2 bungs

***The kit uses your stock manifolds or you can run a shorty header with our kit. Headers are not include nor are they required for the install. You will however need your stock manifolds on the car to get started

*This kit will require the installation of a tubular k-member. We designed it with the Granatelli setup and now run QA1, but most other k-members should fit. We do not have a list of kmembers that will work other than what we have listed.


This kit will allow you to keep your factory accessories all in the stock locations and still drive down the road blowing cold air from the A/C and taking each turn with the comfort of power steering. Doesn’t get much better than that on top of knowing you have 400+ rear wheel horsepower with the stomp of your gas pedal.

    We can make the kit complete for our customers but often times customers have some of the parts already. So we sell the kit mostly complete and you can add the last few accessories if need be.
    ***96-98 GT OWNERS, you will have to relocate your coil packs to the firewall in order to fit the turbo where its placed.
