On 3 Performance 61mm T-4 Turbocharger
On 3 Performance already has a great reputation for our larger journal bearing units and have added this to the line up. We have a number of single application cars running this but most common in V-8 Twin Turbo applications. For a moderate v-8 TT setup (up to 900Hp) this turbo used in a twin application is perfect. Over the last year, the LSX guys have really taken to these turbos and been running a lot of custom TT build utilizing these specific units. They are a perfectly sized turbo for the 300-450ci engines that are going twin and sticking to the 500 – 1000 hp range. Same size turbo used in our already popular TT Coyote system which has been already proven to the 1060rwhp range.
We have ran our turbochargers on anything from a daily driver to just the weekend cruiser. When setup properly they are very reliable and make exceptional power. The On 3 Performance 2002 GT on our website has our 70mm unit and has been daily driven, put through quite a few passes at the track, 20,000+ miles to this point and still in perfect operating condition.
Recommend Turbo Feed and Drain:
To ensure the longevity of your turbocharger, we normally run 1/8″ feed and a 5/8″ return. This is very important and without this properly sized, you can cause damage to the product.

What are these rated for power wise? Looking to tt a 5.3 heavily modded.
500 – 1000 range easily possible. We use our smaller 55’s that are t3 on our truck TT system and with a bone stock long block already made 610/675 on that with the smallest housings. These are ideal for the 4.8-6.0 TT applications
