On 3 Performance has been messing around with the Coyote platform since pretty much the day the platform was released. Mainly we worked with the cars but now moving onto the trucks, we have a great background knowing exactly what it takes to make these cars and trucks run great. For instance, our 2019 F-150 5.0 shop truck was used during the testing stages of this system. We were able to make 960rwhp with this dual pump system when paired up with a set of FIC 1000cc port injectors on E-85. That is over 1100Hp at the flywheel with more room to go up. This system is still yet to peg out and we are running our kit with the stock feed line and On 3 Performance CNC billet machined 3rd Gen Coyote fuel rails.
This year we invested into a brand new injection mould for this project to further our design. We believe this is the best system on the market and closest to an OE fit and finish. We started with the factory module in and tweaked it in a way to support every bit of 1000rwhp. What stands out most is the dual pump design with one 525lph Hellcat style pump and one 320lph pump. Considering the limits of the factory feed line, we didnt want to get crazy and went with a staggered pump design. With that being said, our system is designed to run on the one single pump and trigger the second pump under boosted conditions. While testing, we were able to make 700 wheel with only the single On 3 525lph fuel pump on E-85 ethanol. The second major change we made was to the top hat of the module. We designed it with a 6-pin connector so you no longer will have holes drilled through which can leak or retrofitted connectors to route wiring through. This makes for an amazingly clean install and when you pair it up with our complete wiring harness, its as close as you can get to plug and play. Speaking of the wiring harness, you will find that in the optional items you can add to finish off the install. This is a complete kit that has our pre-wired relay panel with integrated fuses. This harness plugs into your new fuel module and you only have several connections from there. A power wires supplied will be needed from the alternator, ground, trigger from the factory fuel connection and a hobbs switch. It really doesnt get much easier than that. If you are anything like me and do not like wiring up projects, we have taken the guess work out of it so really anyone can do this upgrade in their driveway, garage or shop.
It doesn’t matter if you are working on a supercharged application, nitrous or a twin turbo On 3 build, this system will accommodate the fuel needs for any application. Up till now, most people had to rig their own systems together and cobble together parts that aren’t proven or reliable. Our system uses custom CNC machined fittings to convert your returnless fuel system into a true return style fuel system. It will utilize our On 3 1:1 boost reference fuel pressure regulator and comes with our On 3 fuel pressure gauge standard for setting base pressure.

Tip from the pros: If you want to make this as easy as possible to wire, which most of us hate messing with. Go with our new premium relay / fuse panel to make this simple. The module will simply plug directly into the pigtail thats wired to the relay box. From there you have ground wires, one main power wire to supply your distribution box and a trigger wire for the pumps. This is so simple that it really cannot be made easier. You will find this option in the product upgrade section and we highly recommend you utilize this to make your install go that much smoother.
