I designed this thinking the market needed an alternative to the $6000+ turbo systems.  We are not known for the Jeep market and this kit is slow to get traction.  We are not going to pursue this market anymore and phasing this out.  We have a select amount of kits and once they are gone, they will never be made again.  DO NOT MISS OUT!!!  This is being sold LESS THAN COST!!!

The solution to avoid a Hemi swap is here and made simple!  We have countless people asking and waiting for this specific turbo system to hit the market.  We now have well over one full year of R&D testing with this vehicle and could not be happier with the results, not to mention over 20,000 miles logged.  We have not done anything after it left our shop aside from changing the oil for the customer.  If you need reliability, you can look no further.  This is a true bolt on system that most end users who are mechanically incline will be able to complete the install on their own

The main questions we are being ask surrounds low end power concerns as well as reliability.  We have been doing this now for over 13 years and have a vast experience with designing a proper system.  Id like to dive deep into that and explain more about why this kit will out perform most end user expectations.  When we were developing this kit, we wanted something that had low end power, quick spool and power you can use on the trail as well as daily use.  Here at On 3 Performance we have an in-ground dyno to accomplish this type of testing needed.  After working with about 4 different turbocharger options, we landed with the On 3 61mm unit you will find standard in all the Jeep systems we sell.  As you can see from the dyno we are starting to make boost before 3,000rpm and usable power.

We make more torque before 3,000rpm now with the kit install than a stock Jeep makes at redline!  I know this is a major concern to a lot of people that are actually using these rigs off-road.  That fact alone should be enough to prove the point that our system is tuned and makes power where you will need it.  If you evaluate the HP numbers vs stock, we are making more power by 4k rpm than the Jeeps make in their factory configuration.  What exactly does this prove to us?  Many express concern thinking you will be required to rev to the moon in order to have usable power.  That is simply not the case with this system, as mentioned we set it up so the power band is extremely usable.  You absolutely will not have to be bounding off the limiter to make power.  See for yourself by evaluating the dyno chart we have posted.  Dotted line covers a bone stock Jeep and solid line reflects the boosted results

Almost any phone call we get covers the following, what type peak numbers should I expect with my Jeep upgrade?  Well we take the guess work out of that by doing all R&D testing in house on our Mustang MD-1100 chassis dynamometer.  When we first pulled the vehicle onto the rollers, it made a fairly weak 202rwhp.  Now things are starting to jive in my head as to why this Jeep could not get out of its own way if it has to!  Moving forward, you will see the second set of data points on the graph showing where we landed after the turbocharger install.  We stopped right at 320rwhp on this particular vehicle.  Clearly we could make more however we focused on running perfect with the 91oct fuel readily available.  A little over 60% gain in power which is amazing and exactly what these vehicles require.

Its all usable power as well, its on tap and there when you need it.  You will see the mid range gains are phenomenal and completely usable no matter what the situation is.  To make sense of the graph below, dotted is STOCK and solid lines represent turbocharger being present:
